PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Kerr Company worked on a project to gather functional and operational requirements for a life insurance policy administration system.
Work involved: (1) Reviewing and understanding scores of system and process-related documents; (2) Conducting numerous requirements sessions with customers; (3) Documenting and assessing the system requirements; and (4) Developing a RFP that contained the system requirements.
