PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Worked on a project for to improve the strategic focus and message of the organization.
Worked involved: (1) Performing an As-Is assessment of constituents’ perception of the organization’s value proposition. This included: (1) Conducting surveys and analyzing the survey data; (2) Facilitating meetings with the organization’s executive leadership team to develop the new strategic document; and (3) Providing input on the organization’s information technology strategy.
